Meet the Principal

It has been my honor to serve in the Golden community since 2012, first as the principal at Kyffin ES, then as the principal at Bell MS starting in 2017. I was born and raised in Jeffco, and then became an English teacher at Wheat Ridge HS 1997. I have had many successes in my career in Jeffco, but perhaps the work I am most proud of is what we have accomplished at Bell. While I am the designated leader at Bell, a core value of mine is shared leadership. Therefore, all of the successes we have experienced at Bell could not have been accomplished without the team of teachers, administrators, and support staff that we are so lucky to have at Bell. Working together with the staff and dedicated Golden community, Bell students continue to grow academically and report an increasing sense of belonging. Every day, I look forward to seeing our students and staff and look forward to seeing all that we can accomplish together!  Go Bobcats!
