Thank you in advance to all our families for flexibility and grace.  We are affording the same flexibility to students and families as we navigate learning online together. Here are frequently asked questions:

What if our family does not have a device or internet?

Families can use the Google Form below to report device and internet needs as well as technology issues.  The district is working on getting internet access to families in need but this is a slow process.  Please communicate needs below and email teachers to let them know this is in progress.

Where are my student's online courses located?
Please use the staff list on the Bell Website for which online tool your teachers are using.  Most teachers at Bell are on Google Classroom, which can be accessed by students going to classroom.google.com.

What if we can't find courses or materials?
Please use the staff list on the Bell Website to contact that teacher by email.  Or check this list of teacher joining codes for Google Classroom.

What if we experience technical difficulties?
Students should contact their teacher and report the problem.  They may also email our Digital Teacher Librarian, Julie Schlosser, at [email protected] or they can use the link below to report a problem.

How does my student get individual help from a teacher?
Teachers will hold office hours during particular windows wherein they are available immediately through email or chat functions.  See the schedule on the family information page.
